SDW Discounted Tickets
Some of our tickets for SDW are priced using a sliding scale, based on availability. Below you will see our latest price band and the number of tickets available at that price.
Discounted tickets include exactly the same benefits as fixed price tickets - so choose this option if the discounted ticket price at the time of purchase is less than your relevant fixed-price ticket.
SDW Fixed-Price Tickets
If you wish to purchase a fixed-price ticket, select the appropriate option and click Purchase to be taken to our registration page.
Please note that we reserve the right to require government or affliliated members to provide evidence of their affiliation. All monies must be received by the day of the event, even if you choose to pay by invoice.
Government Offers
We have retained our amazing government offers this year to promote the SDW show as a truly international event.
- Heavily subsidised places for African, Latin American or Asian Government delegates.
- Government rate tickets include access to all DocEx 2013 conference sessions.
What does my SDW/DocEx ticket include?
Your ticket (both discounted and fixed-price) includes access to all areas of the show including the SDW 2013 conference and exhibition. (Non-government attendees cannot attend the private Government-only session on 22 May, but may attend all other DocEx sessions). It also includes all refreshments and conference materials.
All delegates are also invited as guests to the Evening Gala Drinks and Canapés reception on 21 May 2013, held in the beautiful surrounds of Church House.
Presentations will be video recorded and provided online shortly after the end of the event along with the Powerpoint presentations and other show information.
SDW InterOp 2013
This year SDW is hosting an interoperability trial that focuses on the new Supplemental Access Control (SAC) mechanism, which is scheduled to be implemented on travel documents after December 2014 in order to safeguard ePassport security for at least the next 10 to 20 years.
To observe these trials purchase a ticket below. SDW delegates do not need to purchase a ticket, as entry will be free as part of their SDW 2013 registration. Observers are entitled to access the testing hall on 22 May during the testing period, and also get access to the final conference session - The travel document revolution: Lessons, opportunities and future directions - which contains the preliminary results for SDW InterOp 2013.
